What is estrogen?

Estrogen just isn't a concern for women. • Loss of sexual arousal and sensation
• Low libido
• Fatigue
• Flabby or soft muscles
• Increased body fat
• Mood swings
• Enlarged prostate

Long-term health risks associated with high estrogen include diabetes, heart disease and some cancers.

Because of its critical role in male health, any assessment of male hormonal health is incomplete and inadequate without an assessment of estrogen levels—specifically estradiol.
